Will a WoW Game Card bought in Australia work on a European account?
My account was bought from World of Warcraft Europe, and my friend has vouched to pay for a card for me. The thing is that she lives in Australia. If she buys the card there, will it matter what countries it is bought from? Or will it work anyway? Checking the box it doesn't mention anything in specific, but I'd like to make sure Many thanks in advance -Darko

Will a ps2 game bought from Australia work in the UK?
If i buy singstar hottest hits from australia will it work in the Uk?

i dont think there is any difference i mean its like made from sony still right? So ya it will work!

I'm afraid not. Although the PS3 is region free (plays any PS3 game) the PS1 and PS2 is region locked, meaning that a UK PS2 will only play Europe games. Unless Australia had PAL games.. I'm not sure actually. When you buy it, or if you've already got it, check if it says PAL or NTSC (US) or NTSC (JAP). If it says PAL you're good to go. If it says NTSC.. Sorry. You could make your PS2 region free but you need to mod it and stuff like that - too much of a hassle imo.

Will an unlocked iPhone 4 bought in Australia work in Japan?
If purchased outright (unlocked) from an Apple store in Australia, will an iPhone 4 work in Japan, using a Japanese sim card?

Yes, you can. Take note that Japanese SIM cards may be hard to find in Japan, so do your research before you go there (where to rent, etc).

I am in IT field and having 8+yr experience. Now i want to work in Australia. What is procedure...And do we need to pass IELTS to get job in Australia.

If your IT specialty (as assessed by the ACS) is not on the Migrant Occupations In Demand List (MODL) AND the Critical Skills List (CSL), you will not get a visa during the current economic climate unless you have employer or state government sponsorship. http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/skilled-occupations/occupations-in-demand.htm (the MODL) http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/pdf/critical-skills-list.pdf (the CSL) http://www.immi.gov.au/asri/a-z.htm#c (Skills recognition) You must pass IELTS with at least a score of 6 across all bands and perhaps more if the ACS or your sponsor require a higher score for your IT field.
