It will work.

Yes, it will work. While you're at it, get some free Xbox Live codes at http://getxboxlivefree.com/!
3 :
Yes but it will not play any games that you buy in america as it is region locked. You need to import games from europe or australia to play on it.
4 :
it will work you may need to get a step down converter or check the adpater it sel fif it can work with 110 v the australian xbox wil out put a pal signal so be sure that the ntsc tv you use can handle that and finally quite a lot but not all xbox 360 games are region free http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-14-71-fc-49-en.html http://gaming.wikia.com/wiki/Region_Free_Xbox_360_Games

See http://www.youthcentral.vic.gov.au/ViewPage.action?siteNodeId=1118&languageId=1&contentId=-1 It states::: If you're under 15, you may be allowed to work in Victoria, but you must have a Child Employment Permit (CEP) from the Victorian Government before you can start The website has heaps of info, what you can and can't do, employment rights etc... Good Luck

go to the Australian Consulate

Try this website. It might have all the info you need and you should probably let you download the forms as well: http://www.immi.gov.au/
3 :
Unless you're trying for a job with a government clearance I wouldn't see why you need Australian citizenship or permanent residency to gain a job in Australia. Just an ordinary work visa will do. Apply at the nearest Australian embassy (just type in the name of your country and the words "Australian embassy" in the search engines). Or you can visit http:www.immi.gov.au for details on the kinds of work visas available. Also visit http://www.workpermit.com/ . They're a good site with lots of resources. You don't have to pay to browse but they have a different viewpoint which can be rather helpful.

try seek.com.au or careerone.com.au they are the most popular job search engines in Australia
2 :
You need to get on to seek.com, mycareer.com and careerone.com You can also contact recruitment agencies like Hays. I work in recruitment but unfortunatly not for CCTV Techs. Good luck
3 :
Your first step is to see Immigration for Australia - http://www.immi.gov.au website and see if you qualify to live and work in Australia. Visa Wizard - http://www.immi.gov.au/visawizard/ For a list of skilled jobs off the Immigration website http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/index.htm Or view occupations in demand here http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/skilled-occupations/occupations-in-demand.htm Working In Australia, For jobs, helpful tips and information on working in Australia - http://www.workingin-australia.com There is an Expo for Australia coming up - "Change your life and move to Australia! see details http://www.expo-australia.com - They state job offers are made at these expos for the skilled workers and they can also fast track your applications. See of there is one in your area now. Other job websites are::: http://www.australia.gov.au/Jobseekers http://australia.recruit.net https://jobsearch.gov.au http://www.careerone.com.au http://www.mycareer.com.au http://www.seek.com.au http://nowhiring.com.au/JobSeeker/Default.aspx http://www.careersonline.com.au Good Luck

After seeing if you qualify for immigration first (see K Bears answer) the main site you need is SEEK. My career and career one don't have many different jobs so I search them weekly and seek daily.
